Know what to build before you pay for it.
In two weeks we map how work moves through your business, measure where the time goes and rank every opportunity by hours saved and money returned. You finish with a prioritised roadmap and one or two quick wins.
A decision document, not a slide deck.
The review ends in one document with three parts. It tells you what to build first, what it should return, and what to leave alone.
Business map
How work moves today: inputs, hand-offs, rules and systems. Where time goes and where errors start, with the baseline numbers we measure against later.
Ranked opportunities
Each opportunity sized by hours saved and money returned, with its effort (S, M or L), where AI helps and where it should stay out.
Roadmap and first wins
An ordered roadmap loaded onto your request board, one or two quick wins to ship first, and the measures your monthly report will track.
Map, rank, then build.
- Week 1
Map the work
We talk to the people who do the work, walk through each tool with them and time the steps that repeat.
- Week 2
Rank and plan
We size every opportunity, take you through the findings and agree the order with you.
- Weeks 3–4
First wins go live
Quick wins ship in the fast lane while the larger work starts in the main lane.
What part 2 looks like.
Every opportunity gets a size, an effort and a lane. The top of the list becomes the first items on your request board.

Illustrative example2 · Ranked opportunities
| Opportunity | Hours / week now | Effort | Lane |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orders typed from email into two spreadsheets | 14 | M | Main |
| “Where is my order?” emails answered by hand | 8 | L | Main |
| Month-end margin report assembled manually | 6 | M | Main |
| Quote follow-ups chased from memory | 5 | S | Fast |
| Supplier price lists retyped | 4 | S | Fast |
Clear about the edges.
A report for a drawer
The roadmap goes straight onto your request board, and building starts in week three.
An AI sales pitch
Where a rule, a form or a better spreadsheet does the job, we say so and build that instead.
For a single process
If you only need one process rebuilt, the Process Audit & Blueprint covers it for a fixed US$3,000.
Before the review starts.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. We ask for read access to the tools you use and some time with the people who do the work. Finding the opportunities is our job.
Who on our side needs to be involved?
The owner, at the start and when we agree the order of the roadmap. The people who do the work, for short walkthroughs of how they do it today.
Does the review cost extra?
No. It is the first two weeks of the Technology Partner Program at US$5,000 a month, with a 3-month minimum and then month to month.
Who owns the roadmap?
You do, like the code, data and accounts we set up for you.
Start with the process, not the paperwork.
Tell us how the work happens today and where it gets slow. We'll reply within one business day and tell you honestly whether the program fits.
- A 30-minute intro call first
- The review starts the week after
- Your roadmap arrives at the end of week two
